Pointe Shoe Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We understand that purchasing pointe shoes online — especially custom specifications — comes with uncertainty.
For this reason, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Shoes must be brand new and unused
  • Shoes must be returned in a condition suitable for resale as new

Any of the following is considered use and makes the item non-returnable:

  • Standing, bending, or rolling through the shoe
  • Creasing, marks, rosin, or signs of wear
  • Sewing on ribbons and elastics, or darning the shoes

Refunds

If the return conditions are met, we will issue a full refund of the item price once the returned shoes have been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Due to the custom nature of these pointe shoes, we strongly recommend reviewing all specifications carefully before purchasing. Each order is eligible for one return only. Items that show any signs of use cannot be refunded and will be sent back to the customer.
